Yoga classes offered at Jivamukti Yoga London are vigorously physical and intellectually stimulating on many levels. Most classes will move fluidly through a vinyasa framework, while a few may require the student to hold asanas for extended lengths to move deeper in the practice. Classes typically include Vinyasa (flowing asana sequences), hands-on adjustments, Pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, Sanskrit chanting, Yogic philosophical teachings and deep relaxation. To keep the practice inspiring, asana sequences are ever-changing. Classes are 60-90 minutes and open to all levels.
The centre also hosts a wide range of workshops, lectures and performances by internationally renowned teachers and artists. Jivamukti Yoga London first opened its doors in July 2005.

Sunday 5th July: 10am Open & 1pm Basics
The following classes will be held in the small studio:
Friday 3rd & Saturday 4th July: All classes
Sunday 5th July: All classes (except the 5pm)
